All digital products, including eBooks, coloring books, and digital planners, are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Download Issues

If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your purchased files, please contact chrissie@brightlinesandbooks.com. We are committed to helping you resolve any technical issues to ensure you receive the product in full working order.

3. Duplicate Purchases

In the event of accidental duplicate purchases, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. We may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases where a refund is granted (e.g., duplicate purchase, incorrect file), it will be at the sole discretion of Brightlines and Books and may be issued as store credit or a partial refund.
